Pleasant stay! 🌟We had a good time at this place - it was neat and located right in the heart of everything. Spent 2 nights here and it was a great spot to be.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great in the middle of the city. I liked convenient placing of a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven in the mobile home. Location: the property was near the centre.

It takes 15 mins to get to a bus station.

The central location of this place was fantastic and just a 5-minute drive to Springfield Fun Park.

We stayed at 3 Manor Villas and it was the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. the location was great, and the villa had a lovely play park for our little boy. the grounds were beautiful and the villa itself had all the basic amenities you would need for a self, catering holiday. the kitchen was well, equipped for cooking and there was even an iron and ironing board. We appreciated the welcome pack and the thoughtful extras like a hands, free charger by the bed. Communication with the host was excellent and overall, it felt like a home away from home.

Although we couldn't use the pool or the gym without the leisure pass, this was explained to us beforehand. The WiFi connection was a bit weak, but that didn't dampen our overall experience.

The holiday park had everything! A flat-screen TV, WiFi , private parking, and even a balcony. It was like staying in a luxury villa, only with a touch of sarcasm.

Oh, what a shame I couldn't use the pool or gym! But hey, who needs exercise and relaxation when you have a sarcastic sense of humor to keep you happy?

During my recent transit in Newquay, I stayed at 3 Manor Villas, and I must say it was a convenient choice. the hotel provided a vast database of other hotels I have stayed at, ensuring I had all the necessary information at my fingertips. This feature saved me valuable time and allowed me to easily compare and make informed decisions about my future travel plans. the nearby airport, only 6 km away, was incredibly convenient, ensuring a hassle-free journey and making my stay even more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi connection was not of the best quality.
